Energy Efficiency: The hub will prioritize natural ventilation systems to reduce energy consumption and minimize the carbon footprint. Energy-efficient systems, including lighting, HVAC, and water management, will be implemented in the design, aiming to set an example for sustainable building practices. Demonstration and Education: The hub will serve as a demonstration site for sustainable building practices, offering educational programs to raise awareness about waste reduction and recycling. Through these programs, the hub will highlight the economic and environmental benefits of incorporating recycled materials into construction projects. Global Inspiration: Sri Lanka faces significant challenges in waste management, and the hub will draw inspiration from global waste management methods.
