The idea of the project is to provide a space for rest after work, and for that space to be the area where calm and relaxation can be shared, in order to accumulate energy to complete tasks.
The project contains a cafeteria and bar area surrounded by a water path that contains a number of small fountains to give life to the path and to help the sound of the fountains relax. The project also contains an area to enjoy the main fountain that appears among the trees and plants, and there is also a rest area floating on the water.

Thank you for your great effort done in the project.
However, there are some comments that can help you to elevate the quality of your work.
- Concerning the concept lines of the project, it was expected to see the exact location of the atrium in the office building, so as to know if the lines of the atrium design match the lines of the of the building design (the atrium is a part of the whole building).
- The section line has many inclinations and does not show your nice idea that there are different levels and that the rest area floats on water.
- Also, the use of grey gravel, the fountain and LED Neon could add a sense of sustainability to your project.
- There is no mention for the idea behind the design of columns found in the atrium of the building.
- Some of the 3D illustrations lack thickness of stair steps, different levels of pathways, curbs, …etc. Furthermore, the different types of softscape mentioned are not shown in the perspectives (the used softscape are the same type).
It is advised to take into consideration in this type of projects to show the relation between your lines and the design of the building because they can’t be separated from each other.
