Project idea

Hanoi University of Science and Technology Planned and designed since 1954, the project of Hanoi University of Science and Technology by architect Е.С. , . М. Айрапетов and his collaborators have clearly expressed the ideas of Russian Structuralism - with clear and coherent functions, free, bold, strong and extremely pure architectural lines. Along with that, architectural details and structures suitable for the tropical monsoon climate are also carefully included in which the existing architecture at the school also has special architectural values. including Hall C1 and C2 building. Square design solutions are designed in 4 main directions: Respect for the status quo, diversity of space, sustainable architecture and the combination of light and materials. Because the work itself has very special architectural features and has great historical value along with the long-term growth and development of old trees on the school grounds, the topic is approached with the concept of "Architectural design, sometimes not trying to create something new, but appreciating what's already there". The square is a harmonious combination between the "old and new", the combination of light and water, the harmonious cohesion of the whole, without the overpowering of the new, but they complement the existing ones. available beauty value Through the organization of space according to the status quo on the square, creating spaces with a harmonious rotation between the exhibition space, the highlight space is the light gate where honoring celebrities with meritorious services to the house. the school, next to the space for entertainment, entertainment, coworking, creativity, ...

PROJET : TRAN DAI NGHIA SQUARE - HANOI UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ETUDIANT : Nguyen Phuong Thao INSTITUTION : Ha Noi Architectural University COUNTRY : Viet Nam SEMIFINAL JUROR : Wandile Sibandze 1.
